Mongolia is one of the largest landlocked countries located in north-central Asia between China and Russia. The size of Mongolia is approximately equivalent to countries in western and central Europe. The capital of this nation is Ulaanbaatar. This country has a long winter and short summer because of its continental climate. Its extraordinary diverse scenery of wide-open pastures, semi-deserts, deserts, the Altai Mountains in the southwest, and high plateau with an average of 1500 meters height. 

It is geographically and politically divided by the popular Gobi Desert where Outer Mongolia (Independent state of Mongolia) is in the north and Inner Mongolia (Autonomous Region of China) is in the south. Mongolia is covered with three-fourths of its area by pasture land. So, the nomadic lifestyle can be seen where the immense herds of grazing livestock are popular in Mongolia. Mongolian nomadic hospitality is amazing and their door always opens for visitors who are willing to visit and stay in their traditional felt yurt (Ger) to experience a nomadic way of life.
